We won’t build communities that are not operationally zero carbon from the outset. The quality of buildings, and the integration of innovative zero emission infrastructure at scale, come as standard.
In our view, the external environment is just as important as the built environment, and creating a successful interface between the two is very complex. Multifunctional green space is integral to this process, to deliver significant biodiversity gains, climate resilience, amenity opportunities and wellbeing, improved air quality, enhanced microclimates, and aesthetic value.
Legislation, regulation and planning are not moving quickly enough, and we’ve found a way to move ahead of them, quickly, to meet these challenges now.
